Organisational Culture: More than Leadership and Values

It is a far more nuanced and complex set of practices and perspectives that have evolved in an organisation, often over many years.
This article in the recent SSIR busts some myths about culture and discusses how thinking about it differently can help organisations leverage culture more effectively as a ''day to day toolkit'' for improving performance.
