Masterclass Booking Conditions
Cancellation Policy
If you are not able to attend your course or you wish to cancel and you do not wish to transfer an alternative date in the future, the following charges will apply:
21+ working days prior to the event – 10%
1-20 working days prior to the event – 100%
Non-attendance on the day – 100%
In exceptional circumstances these fees may be reduced or waived at the discretion of the Bateleur Partners team. In these circumstances, email Stephen on stephenharvey@bateleurpartners.net.

Bateleur Partners Privacy Policy
We collect and process name and contact details on a contractual basis in order to contact you about training which you have signed up to. This information is provided by you when you book one of our Masterclasses.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:
(a) Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting stephenharvey@bateleurpartners.net
(b) We have a contractual obligation.
Right to erasure
An individual has the right to erasure and Bateleur Partners will erase data under the following specific circumstances:

where personal data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which it was originally collected/processed

where an individual withdraws consent

when the individual objects to the processing and there is no overriding legitimate interest for continuing processing
